When it's a special order

  • Another shape or size than 25 × 25 or 50 × 50 cm
  • Several pieces that belong together, like a series of peaks
  • Pieces for a hotel, a club, a company or a gift to many
  • An unusual place or composition you want to talk through first

How it goes

  1. You send a requestThe place, roughly how big, and what it's for.
  2. We reply with a proposal and a priceWe usually answer within 24 hours. The proposal itself can take a little longer.
  3. You decideNothing is made until you've said yes to the proposal and the price.
  4. We make it and deliverIt takes longer than our usual 1-2 weeks, because it's designed for you. The proposal says how long.

What does a special order cost?

It depends on the format and how much design it needs. You get a price in the proposal, before anything is made, and decide then.

How long does it take?

Longer than our usual 1-2 weeks, because the piece is designed for you. The proposal says how long. If you have a date, put it in the request.

Is a special order right for me?

If you want a square piece of one place, FRMD By You is faster: you choose the area, see it in 3D and order directly. Not sure where exactly? Use "Let us help" there: it's free, we choose the area and email you pictures, and you only pay once you're happy. FRMD By You

What happens after I send the request?

We read it, usually reply within 24 hours by email, and ask if something is unclear. Then you get a proposal and a price. Nothing is made until you've said yes.
