Terms of Service for FRMD

Welcome to FRMD. Please read these terms of service before you use the website or buy from us. By using the website or making a purchase, you accept these terms.

1. General
These terms of service ("Terms") apply to your use of the website frmd.se and to the products and services we offer there. FRMD is operated by FRMD Handelsbolag, company registration number 969801-0577.

2. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you confirm that you are entitled to enter into a binding agreement and that the information you give is correct. Payment is made with the payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, for example where fraud or incorrect information is suspected.

3. Prices and availability
All prices on the website include VAT. We try to keep prices and availability accurate, but cannot guarantee that every product is always available or that prices are unchanged at the time of ordering.

4. Delivery
The pieces are made to order. Where we deliver, what shipping costs and how long it takes is set out in our shipping policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as weather or delays at the carrier.

5. Returns and refunds
The terms for returns and refunds are set out in our refund policy. Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving the item, and the product must be in the same condition as when you received it.

6. Intellectual property
All content on the website, including text, images, graphics, trade marks and logos, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights belonging to FRMD or our licensors. You may not use, copy or distribute it without our express consent.

7. Limitation of liability
FRMD is not liable for damage arising from the use of the website or the products, except where liability follows from mandatory law. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit or loss of production.

10. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we will try to resolve it together. Disputes that cannot be resolved are settled by a Swedish court.
