Contact usHow long does delivery take?
Every piece is made to order, so it takes us about 1-2 weeks to build yours. Once it is packed and sent, delivery within Sweden takes around 4 days; to Norway and the rest of the EU it usually takes a few days longer, depending on the carrier.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free within Sweden. For Norway and the rest of the EU, you see the shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
How big are the pieces?
Every square piece has an inner size of 25 x 25 cm, and the frame measures 28 x 28 cm on the outside. Sweden is 90 x 40 cm, Italy 60 x 50 cm and Gotland 40 x 50 cm. Every piece arrives fully assembled and ready to hang.
How long does it take to design and make a piece?
Designing a piece is a long and largely manual process: we choose the square, build the terrain and tune it until the place reads from across the room, then print it on our own 3D printers.
Making one piece usually takes more than 24 hours from raw material to packed parcel. We take that time so that you get the best piece we can make.

Yes. In FRMD By You you choose any area on the map and we make a 3D piece of it, with the same quality and style as the rest of our range. For other formats, sets or pieces for a company, see special orders.
