At FRMD we aim to give you the best possible shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item and receive a refund on the following terms.

You have the right to return your artwork within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. You pay for return shipping yourself, unless the item is defective or faulty.
2. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process the refund to the payment method used for the purchase. The refund will be made within 14 days of us receiving the item. Please note that return shipping is not refunded unless the product is defective.
